Plum Fragrance Balls

- Ingredients： Pork belly meat, garlic, scallions, cucumber, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, fermented mustard greens
- Seasonings： Salt, MSG, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, white pepper, potato starch
A. Wash and soak the fermented mustard greens until they expand. Then mince and set aside.
B. Remove the skin from the pork belly meat, wash, mince, and set aside.
C. Remove seeds of the cucumber, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper, cut into strips and set aside.
D. Add seasonings (rice wine and salt) to minced meat and let marinate for a while.
E. Mince garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add fermented mustard greens and stir fry. Remove from pot and set aside.
F. Add fermented mustard greens and seasoning to minced meat. Mix thoroughly. Then pinch off balls and steam them.
G. Make green, red, and yellow criss-cross patterns on the white plate with the peppers and cucumber. Place the steamed balls on each of the criss-crosses.
